Mobiledock is a new software solution supporting event venues by strengthening security protocols and operational visibility at loading bays or “docks”.

The solution regulates who enters a venue’s loading bay, delivery area or dock, preventing unauthorised vehicles and personnel from accessing restricted areas.

Vehicles intending to arrive at loading bays/delivery areas must pre-register with an issued connection code before requesting authorisation to arrive at the venue. Upon arriving at the venue, the pre-approved pass must be presented. The pass authorisation is automated and all arrival and departure information recorded.
