Emma has spent her career working across policy, politics and communications on issues including health, social and economic policy. 

She joined Cavendish from the Labour Party, where she spent six years advising members of the shadow cabinet on policy development, political strategy and press across multiple departments. She has worked for the Labour Party across two general elections, including Labour’s historic 2024 victory.

Emma advises clients on how best to engage the new Labour Government and get their message across.
