In 2016, Jonathan was appointed as Managing Director – Levy Leisure and later joined the Executive team in the position of Managing Director Levy UK. His interest for all things food and catering, married with his love of sport and leisure mean this is the perfect role for him. Jon says the best part of his job is the variety of working with such prestigious venues throughout the UK and working with great people in the Levy team.
Having recently become a pescatarian, he is enjoying discovering and creating new fish and plant based dishes, with his favourite so far being a chickpea and spinach curry that his two young daughters also love cooking! Jon is also a trained chef – whilst studying for a politics degree at York University, he worked evenings and weekends as a chef to pay off student debts. This ignited his love of food, which he has gone onto pursue throughout his career. An interesting fact about Jon… he keeps chickens at home and they lay blue eggs!
