Kane has over 14 years of industry experience, having started his career as an event organiser and Event Director for major B2B and B2C events at venues such as Excel, NEC, Olympia, Manchester Central & Harrogate CC. He joined Full Circle in 2022 to lead the Sales and Marketing Department and was part of the Leadership Team involved in the Management Buyout in 2024. Kane now oversees a team of 17 across Core Services, Exhibitor Enhancements, Show Ready, and Design & Build, working closely with organisers to drive innovation and growth.
