Kerry Villa is Chief Operating Officer, ACC Liverpool, where she has worked since January 2012. Her role covers the three campus venues:  M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool as well as leading on the site master-planning and construction projects. The role also requires her to act as Deputy CEO and Director for the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. 

Kerry is originally from an HR background starting work in business re-engineering and employment law in the NHS and moving into airports where she changed careers and moved into operational roles becoming Operations Director with Peel Airports and then the Abertis Airport Group. She has run operations at numerous airports including; Cardiff, Teesside, Doncaster/Sheffield and worked on group projects based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport for 2 yrs. Kerry moved into the events sector bringing a strong security and commercial focus to operations whilst driving continuous improvement in both service and customer delivery.
