Kevin is an accomplished leader with an extensive background in catering and hospitality management within operations.

After the successful strategic and operational delivery of COP26 within the Blue Zone it has been fulfilling for Kevin to continue to build on lessons learned to develop an operational and cultural plan to deliver Levy’s Net Zero promise of 2027.
