For over a decade, Tom has advised UK, European and global businesses and organisations, helping them to achieve real cut-through with Governments and regulators. Today, he leads Cavendish's Westminster Government Relations team, supporting clients across a range of different sectors. Prior to entering consultancy, Tom worked in both Westminster and Brussels, providing policy advice to MPs and MEPs. A former Conservative Party parliamentary candidate and a serving County Councillor, Tom has an extensive network within Westminster and the regions. He is an ambassador for the Conservative Environment Network, a board member of Conservatives in Energy and is a regular media commentator on political issues.
