The 2024 conference was held at the ICC Birmingham on Thursday 14 November. We welcomed over 260 event professionals to participate in a programme full of information, tips and actions in readiness for what's to come in the events industry and beyond. The theme was ‘20:20 Vision. Experience. Educate. Engage.’

2024 marked our 20th birthday and we celebrated with a party at The Jam House on the night of the conference.
